The S25HS01GTFABHI033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers flexible sector architectures with 4 KB and 256 KB sectors, Quad SPI interface up to 102 MBps DDR and 83 MBps SDR, ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and CRC for data integrity. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is qualified for industrial and automotive applications (AEC-Q100 Grade 1, -40°C to +125°C).
