The S25HS01GTDPMHA010 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for functional safety with ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and SPI protocols with SDR read speeds up to 83 MBps. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C). Features include Endurance Flex architecture, built-in ECC, SafeBoot, and robust data protection for automotive and safety-critical systems.
