The S25FL512SAGMFAG13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O including DDR, with read speeds up to 80 MBps and page programming up to 1.5 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it supports up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Uniform 256 KB sectors, advanced security, and 100,000 cycles enable robust automotive and embedded use.
