The S25FL512SAGMFA013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, including DDR modes, with up to 80 MBps data rate. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year retention, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 automotive grade options for embedded code storage.
