The S25FL512SAGBHVB13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse™ architecture, enabling fast program and erase. It supports Single, Dual, and Quad SPI Multi-I/O, including DDR modes, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
