The S25FL512SAGBHVA13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports Single, Dual, and Quad SPI Multi-I/O, including DDR read, with data rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers uniform 256 KB sectors, 100,000 cycles, 20-year retention, ECC, and advanced sector protection for embedded and automotive applications.
