The S25FL512SAGBHV213 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, including DDR read commands, with data rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use up to 125°C. Features include 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and a 512-byte page programming buffer.
