The S25FL512SAGBHM213 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse™ architecture for enhanced program and erase performance. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it supports high-speed SPI Multi-I/O, including Single, Dual, Quad, and DDR modes, with up to 80 MBps DDR Quad read.
