The S25FL064LABMFA003 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) serial NOR flash memory with multi-I/O SPI interface, supporting single, dual, and quad modes up to 108 MHz and read speeds up to 54 MBps. It features a 256-byte programming buffer, flexible erase options, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. Qualified for automotive (AEC-Q100 Grade 1, -40°C to +125°C), it offers four 256-byte Security Regions. Typical uses include code storage, XIP, and embedded systems.
