Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it offers up to 54 MBps quad read, 256-byte page programming, and uniform 4 KB sector, 32 KB half block, and 64 KB block erase. Enhanced security includes four 256-byte security regions, individual and region protection, and password features.
