The S25FS512SAGMFV011 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) flash memory device with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for improved program and erase performance. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O including single, dual, quad, and DDR modes for data transfer up to 80 MB/s. With 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and reprogrammable storage in embedded and automotive systems.
