The S25FS512SAGMFI013 is a 512 Mb automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 133 MHz, achieving read rates up to 80 MB/s. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it integrates hardware ECC for high reliability in automotive and embedded systems. Available in a 16-pin SOIC package.
