The S26KL256SDABHB020 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, operating at 3.0 V and supporting up to 333 MBps read throughput. It features an 8-bit data bus, 166 MHz clock, uniform 256 KB sectors, ECC (1-bit correction/2-bit detection), and a 512-byte program buffer. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it offers 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention for automotive and embedded systems.
