The S25FL256SAGNFI010 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, plus DDR up to 133 MHz, enabling read rates up to 80 MBps. With 2.7–3.6 V core and 1.65–3.6 V I/O, it features flexible sectoring, advanced security, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) qualification for automotive and industrial code storage, XIP, and data logging.
