The S25FL256SAGMFV013 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O and DDR modes, with up to 133 MHz clock and 80 MBps read rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (VCC) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (VIO), it withstands -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
