The S25FL256LAGBHB020 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory, built on 65-nm floating gate technology and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C). It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI up to 133 MHz, DDR Quad I/O to 66 MBps, and features a 256-byte page buffer, flexible erase options, and advanced security with individual and region protection.
