The S25FL256LAGBHA023 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V supply and 133 MHz clock for fast data access. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI, QPI, and DDR read modes for up to 66 MBps throughput. Security features include individual and region protection and four 256-byte security regions. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) in a 24-ball BGA package, it is ideal for automotive and embedded systems.
