The S25FL064LABBHV020 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) FL-L NOR Flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology and supporting SPI single, dual, and quad I/O at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. It delivers up to 54 MBps read rates in Quad/DDR modes, supports 256-byte page programming, uniform 4 KB sector, 32 KB half block, and 64 KB block erase, with 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
