It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, with SDR and DDR read rates up to 54 MBps. Flexible erase options include 4 KB, 32 KB, 64 KB, and full chip. Advanced security features include password, region, and block protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 grade 1, it operates from –40°C to +125°C for reliable automotive and industrial use.
