It supports SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, achieving up to 54 MBps read speed in Quad or DDR Quad I/O mode. Features include a 256-byte page buffer, uniform 4 KB sector erase, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Security options include four Security Regions, region protection, and password protection.
