The S25FS256SDSMFI001 is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, including DDR up to 80 MBps, with a 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply. Featuring flexible sector architectures, a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced security options, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to +125°C operation, ideal for automotive and embedded use.
