The S25FL256SAGMFNG00 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high-speed, reliable data storage. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O with clock rates up to 133 MHz and DDR read up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C) for automotive and industrial use.
