The S25FL256SAGMFM000 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It features a 3.0 V core, SPI Multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 133 MHz, and operates from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
