The S25FL256SAGMFIR13 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI modes up to 80 MBps read rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers advanced sector protection and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures reliability from -40°C to +125°C for automotive and embedded applications.
