The S25FL256SAGMFIR03 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory, featuring MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O modes, including DDR read, with maximum read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers 100,000 cycles endurance and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures reliability from -40°C to +125°C.
