The S25FL256SAGMFIR01 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase speeds. Supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI modes, it achieves up to 80 MBps read rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it features a 1024-byte OTP region. Designed for automotive and industrial embedded code shadowing, XIP, and data storage, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C).
