The S25FL256SAGMFIG11 is a 256 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high endurance and fast program/erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR read commands for up to 80 MBps quad DDR read speed. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers flexible sector architectures, 100,000 cycles, 20-year retention, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for automotive and industrial use.
