The S25FL256SAGMFIG10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 133 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (VCC) and 1.65 V to VCC+0.2 V (VIO), it offers hybrid or uniform sectoring, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced security.
