The S25FL256SAGMFIG00 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It achieves up to 80 MBps read rates (Quad DDR, 80 MHz) and 1.5 MBps page programming. Sector options include hybrid 4-KB/64-KB or uniform 256-KB.
