The S25FL256SAGMFI013 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes up to 133 MHz, achieving up to 52 MBps (Quad SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers 20-year data retention, 100,000 cycle endurance, and a wide temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
