The S25FL256SAGMFI000 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O (single, dual, quad, DDR) interfaces with maximum read rates up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR, 80 MHz). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to +125°C. Advanced sector protection and 100,000 cycle endurance make it ideal for automotive code storage.
