The S25FL256SAGMFBG03 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data paths, plus DDR read modes up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers extended temperature range (-40°C to 125°C, AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Hybrid and uniform sector options suit automotive embedded systems.
