FM25VN10-G

The FM25VN10-G is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with an SPI interface up to 40 MHz, supporting 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 65°C. It operates from 2.0 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C, and features a unique 8-byte read-only serial number for device identification. NoDelay™ writes, advanced write protection, and low power make it ideal for frequent, rapid, and reliable nonvolatile memory applications.
