The S25FL128SAGBHIA10 is a 128 Mb automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O up to 133 MHz, with single, dual, and quad I/O, DDR read, and extended addressing for fast code execution and data storage. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced sector protection. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified.
