The S25FL128SAGBHI303 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR read commands, with read speeds up to 52 MBps (Quad, 104 MHz) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR, 80 MHz). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 20-year data retention, 100,000-cycle endurance, and advanced security features.
