It delivers up to 52 MBps Quad and 80 MBps Quad DDR read speeds, supports 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and includes OTP, block, and advanced sector protection. With 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and data storage applications.
