It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, DDR read up to 133 MHz, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. With a -40°C to +105°C range (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, hybrid sector architecture, and a 256-byte page buffer for code shadowing in automotive systems.
