It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core, 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2). Hybrid sector architecture, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program-erase cycles make it ideal for code storage and automotive applications.
