The S26KS512SDPBHN020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting up to 333 MBps read throughput at 1.8 V/166 MHz or 200 MBps at 3.0 V/100 MHz. It operates from 1.7 V to 1.95 V or 2.7 V to 3.6 V, with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 temperature range (–40°C to +105°C), 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year retention. Integrated ECC, advanced sector protection, and low standby current enable reliable automotive and industrial storage.
