The S25FL512SAGBHIC13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it supports single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes up to 80 MBps. Features include a 512-byte page buffer, uniform 256 KB sectors, 100,000 cycles, 20-year retention, 1024-byte OTP, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 qualification.
