The S25FL512SAGBHI213 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI flash memory utilizing Infineon MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for improved program and erase speeds. It supports SPI Multi-I/O, including single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, delivering up to 80 MBps read rates (DDR Quad, 80 MHz). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it withstands temperatures up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
