The S26HS512TGABHM000 is a 512 Mb automotive-grade NOR Flash memory with a HYPERBUS™ interface, 1.8 V operation, and Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It achieves up to 400 MBps (200 MHz DDR), supports Endurance Flex for up to 1.28 million program/erase cycles or 25 years retention, and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to 125°C. Safety features include ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot for robust data integrity.
