The S25HL512TFAMHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash built with Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and SPI interfaces, with read speeds up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR), operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, and Endurance Flex architecture ensure reliability. Advanced sector protection, SafeBoot, AutoBoot, and at least 1,280,000 program-erase cycles suit automotive and industrial uses from -40°C to +125°C.
