The S25HL512TFABHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high endurance and long retention. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and standard SPI protocols with maximum read rates up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR), operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V.
