S25HL512TDPNHV010

The S25HL512TDPNHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high endurance and robust data integrity. It supports Quad SPI (up to 83 MBps SDR, 102 MBps DDR), Dual SPI, and standard SPI protocols. Functional safety is ensured with ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and CRC error detection. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 automotive grades.
