The S25HL512TDPMHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it features flexible sector architectures, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, built-in ECC (SECDED), and Endurance Flex for customizable endurance and retention.
