The S25HL512TDPBHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad, Dual, and standard SPI protocols with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. It features flexible sector architectures, ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit error detection, and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 cycles and 25 years retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and industrial use.
