The S25FL512SAGBHBC13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O including DDR, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use from -40°C to +125°C. Uniform 256 KB sectors and 100,000 cycles ensure reliable code storage and data logging.
