The S25FL512SAGBHBA13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR Flash memory using Infineon’s 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, including DDR modes, with up to 80 MBps read rates. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C). Features include 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year retention, and a 1024-byte OTP security array.
