The S25FL512SAGBHB210 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data paths, DDR read, and operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O. With up to 80 MBps quad DDR read and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) qualification, it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage applications.
